The Terrace At The Plaza
The Terrace, the lush recreation and entertainment oasis that
joins the two residential towers extends the recreation options of each
resident. Nearly one acre in size, the Terrace features two pools (a large Olympic-sized pool plus a lap pool), a whirlpool spa, gathering spaces and lush
exotic gardens. Similar to a resort setting with premier club amenities and
services, the Terrace also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center with men’s
and women’s locker rooms, massage room, steam rooms, outdoor barbecues and

The Plaza Residential
Towers
Each residential tower will have its own lobby with controlled
access, seating around a fireplace and a front desk host to greet residents and
their guests. Within each residential tower will be a recreational multi-purpose
room consisting of a pool table, seating, multimedia entertainment center and
kitchenette. Ample space will be provided for property management personnel and
meeting rooms including a conference room comparable to a corporate Board Room.
In addition, there is a residents-only Club Room including a caterer’s kitchen
for private events.
